This caravan park is only about 3 or 4 km from the heart of Brisbane. As you could imagine it\'s busy at times but well organised, clean and worth the stay. Great little camp spot with wide open spaces if a group is going. The Middle Creek Camp spot has toilets, water and a shelter. Well serviced and maintained for a camp spot with no fees. No worries with caravans getting in as most if the ground is pretty level. More information about the camp spot can be found on the Parks Victoria website.
A real nice setting right on the Yangie Bay. This camping spot is as far as you can go though if you don't have a 4x4. OK for caravans and sedans up to Yangie Bay camping ground. Free camping area in the Wombat State Park. The road in is a little rough but really nice once you get there. Has pit toilets and water. Better if you are camping with a tent, not too many spots for larger motor homes or caravans.
Just out of Maryborough off the Old Avoca Road. Great if your just wanting a bush setting and to get away from at all.
